Joseph Travaglio, CCM, is a hospitality executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of leadership experience across private clubs, luxury hospitality, resorts, restaurants, and gaming environments.
Throughout his career, Joseph has served in senior General Manager and Chief Operating Officer roles, leading complex hospitality organizations through periods of growth, transition, and operational improvement. His experience includes full P&L responsibility, financial turnarounds, revenue and margin improvement, organizational restructuring, capital planning and execution, and the leadership of teams of more than 180 professionals.
